Flock reports are made for on-farm process optimisation and a meta-data analysis are applied. Meta-data analysis implies that the flock data are analysed on a daily level, and the process settings are updated on a daily level. Previously process settings were updated after each flock report, whereas in this business model the process are updated during the production process. This gives the farmer more process control to compensate the volatile feed and meat prices.

The consultant visits the farm after each round to make an evaluation. This evaluation includes a benchmarking of this farm-specific data against other farm-data.
